The way to reach us is right here: fill in the form and we'll reply to the email you give us. We read everything and answer as much as we can. If you're reporting a mistake, that goes to the front of the line.

Write to us

No bots, no endless forms: five fields and you’re done.

Why to get in touch

To report a mistake

If a number is wrong, a step no longer works or a screenshot is out of date, that's the most useful thing you can send us. Choose “Report a mistake” as the reason and tell us:

  • the URL of the guide or tool;
  • what's wrong and what it should say;
  • a source that proves it, if you have one.

We'll check it and, if you're right, fix it and update the “Updated” date. How we handle corrections is in our editorial policy.

To suggest a topic

Is there something in marketing nobody explains well? Tell us what you're trying to do and where you get stuck. We can't promise to write it, because we pick topics with data (we explain how on How we work), but we look at every suggestion with that data in front of us.

For press

If you're a journalist and need data, context or a quote on digital marketing, choose “Press” as the reason and tell us your outlet and your deadline.

For partnerships

If you have a proposal that genuinely helps our readers, like an article about your brand, a data study, a useful tool, a joint project or even investing in Notablia, choose “Partnership”, “Sponsorship” or “Investment or acquisition” as the reason. What we take on and how we do it is on our Partnerships page.

What we don't answer or do

  • Free consulting. We don't review websites, campaigns or strategies through messages. That's what the guides are for. And if you'd rather have someone do it for you, that's agency work: Jesús runs DigiAcción, and we're telling you because it's his.
  • Sponsoring or recommending what we wouldn't use. We only partner with brands, tools, services and products we use or would use, and that are honest.
  • Betting, investment products, drugs or anything shady. We don't sponsor or promote them.
  • Mass messages and automated pitches.

What we do with your data

We use your address, your name and whatever you tell us only to reply and handle your request. We don't use it to send you marketing, and we don't sell it. All the details are in our privacy policy.
